Make sure you have 2 calls: 1 active and 1 on hold

Press the held button to retrieve 2nd call.

Enter the intercom number of the extension

Last number redial
Press FEATURE 5 to get last number dialed

Press a number on the pad to choose the contrast level you like best

Press the memory button that you want to program
Press FEATURE plus the code of the feature you want to program

Removing a party from the conference call
Press the line button of the party you wish to remove from the call. The other party will be on hold. Press RLS and the call will be disconnected.
Press the held line button to speak to the remaining person.

Transferring a call
Press FEATURE 70 or press the transfer button
Dial the extension number of the person you wish to reach
You may press the RLS button now or wait for the extension to answer
If no one answers, you may reconnect the caller by pressing FEATURE #70
