ADD will provide corrective maintenance during regular business hours from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday thru Friday.

Normal Service Response Time: next business day.

Emergency Service:

In the unlikely event of a major system failure, ADD will respond within 2 hours, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for contract customers.
